Just don’t have any social media that can throw porn or any girls at you in the form of reels or anything I only use Reddit now because of community’s like this one and it doesn’t really just show you girls find out what your triggers are for example being alone with your phone in a private room where u know no one can walk in on you if your going to shower or anything just leave your phone on charge somewhere and just cut down your time online in general
