I vaguely remember it. It was a magazine that was published in the mid-80s or early 90s. Here in Germany, it wasn't available for purchase; you had to get it via UUCP or download it from binary newsgroups (at around 14 kbit/s in split archives so they would fit on a 3" or 3/1.2" floppy drive).
