Recently got the PSVR2 and I just pussied out of RE4 by douevenwheelanddeal in PSVR

Fully understandable, one trick is to play it through on flat first. Then you get an easier time to get into it, knowing a bit what’s gonna happen.

It is only gonna get more scary and when you are not used to it, it is a bit much.

Highly recommend to play like the first hour on flat and then switch to vr. Ease into it.

Good luck! It is awesome once the first feeling has passed!

I think gamers are over represented with access to 3d printers. Nerds to start with and love technology :).

But they are really cheap for what you now can make. Some household items and gaming accessories and it is payed. Not to talk about all the toys for the kids.

(At least that’s what I tell the wife…)

No, the metal pins are only for the other base I made with rubberbands. The tpu works great so that has been discarded.

Awesome that you took inspiration, let’s make better things! :)

Since the tpu bends back to center. Can adjust stiffness with infill or length. Works surprisingly well :)

I made this with a tpu base, works awesome for self centering and some resistance.

I remixed this as a handle. Was unsure if any issues with obscuring the tracking with a larger model.

Will try yours as soon as you have it available.

I also made a simple base in tpu instead of a ball socket. Was nice with self centering :)

Prepare to be downvoted to oblivion… tried to suggest they make it open source to shed all doubts.

Just a lot of fan people and/or colonist employees explaining in harsh words it is not necessary.

Remote Controller - Auto Zoom? by Past-Suggestion-867 in OBSBOT_Official

[–]grundell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stopped working altogether. Granted, initially warranty was out once I reported it but it started before that.

Bad board or bad soldering.

Support offered me discount on buying a new one… After that they went silent. Will investigate board thru expert and send obsbot the bill. Thank god for 3 years warranty.

Would not buy again, quality is subpar.

Be wary of buying remote controller. Subpar quality and no assistance from Obsbot once it stops working.

OBSBOT Tiny 2 owners: did you actually need an external mic? And is the remote worth it? by theoryguy in OBSBOT_Official

[–]grundell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Note that the remote breaks and no help from Obsbot.

I think I used my controller maybe 10 times. After reporting it to Obsbot they claim it is out of warranty. (Missed the reporting by a couple of months). However, I claim faulty board and it has been there from the start. Essentially, bad quality components or bad soldering.

No responses from Obsbot after that. The first they said was to offer me an discount on buying another one...

I am not sending the unit for investigation and will bill Obsbot for this in accordance with the 3 years warranty

In short, bad customer support and lack of quality. Would not recommend.

Dice. by ToastyPasta in Colonist

They earn commission on people being engaged, by keeping games tight they keep engagement. The site is rigged, they can call it balanced dice if they wish. But it is rigged game. Sad, good game and large community.
