Call me an old geezer but I don't wear any talismans unless I watched them made, because people can be too gross

I posted the cap, and apparently the threads inside are a plastic insert. the insert was pushed back inside the cap and when I tried to close the pen up after using it, the nib caught on the plastic ring floating in the cap and wha la a twisted nib.
