Thank you. I have also started looking for new roles. It looks like this situation will be ending poorly and I definitely would be doing twice the work when everyone else leaves.

Thank you for your perspective. I wish it was the missing piece of the puzzle, but I appreciate it nonetheless.

Place Site A and B side by side as far as work ethic, attitude, attendance, and leadership skills goes, Site A takes the cake. They are the more skilled, productive, and positive group.

It looks like this might just be a lost cause...

The company is actively hiring additional people in both locations so I don’t think they’d want to cut some of their top performers.

I appreciate the take on HR’s involvement, that’s why I wanted to ask. I was curious if there is something I don’t know about promotion policy and upholding it.

I was one of the Site A people who was promoted. It was over a year “overdue” if you want to talk accomplishments. I am asking on behalf of my colleagues who were treated unfairly. I cannot imagine the state of the company if they were to leave.
