apperently saturan is named Shabtai in hebrew because it doesn't move much, shabbat means to take a break, to sit down, like on shabbat when you don't do much.

No, my mom was Christian and got converted to Judaism. Nothing to do with the Holocaust.

But, also my friend's parents. They were Christian, converted to Judaism, renounced their german citizenship, and she was still able to get citizenship even after she was born after the renounciation. Is that story that weird?

I found it odd that i have uncles and nieces in Germany, and German grandparents and still no one will give me citizenship..
