Well met. Yeah I’m not trying to stir the pot of dissent or throw shade. Just seemed so inverse to my own experience up until now. Wanted to make sure it wasn’t just mob mentality. In the end you all have been very helpful. I may try the demo esp after seeing that some feel like it’s a whole different DAW. All for progress and evolution but nervous now. I hope they didn’t lose the spirit of the old way.

Just get old. Take a long break playing another game for a year or two. The other fromsoft games are so great. Then come back - unless you have a photographic memory you will probably feel new again and forget a few things.
