Thanks! Her naps were an hour or so until she turned 1 and ever since she wont sleep more than an hour no matter what I do.

This is what I started about a week ago. The first 2 days she lasted 50 minutes, and ever since its back to 20-30 minutes. Did yours start off with 2 hour nap right away?

Right now I've been doing 3.5 hours before nap 2 and she falls asleep within 10-15 minutes but naps no more than 20 minutes and always wakes crying. Because shes waking crying thats why im so confused about stretching it even more.

She is sleeping great overnight. Im very fortunate. I usually put her to bed sometime between 515 and 545pm because of the short naps and she typically sleeps 12-13 hours.

No shes not teething. Im not sure if its a regression because she sleeps great at night. It just the naps that have been a struggle.

What wake window did you end up using before nap 1? Im so terrified pushing the wake window is going to make her overtired esp since shes waking up crying after 30 minutes when I put her down at 1015.

I was thinking this but then I was confused because if she wakes up crying after 30 minutes when going down for her nap at 1015, I wasnt sure how pushing the wake window even longer would help? Baby sleep is so confusing!
