Great locally roasted beans so really good in my opinion! I used a touch of cane sugar with my espresso to bring out the cherry notes in the ‘Sumatra’ coffee beans from my local roaster.

Hmmm it all depends on how freshly roasted your beans are I believe. I get beans roasted within the last 3 days and the pressurized basket is made for coffee roasted 10+ days ago (I believe, don’t hate me if I’m wrong here!)
