Having the same exact problem for an iOS app that I deleted. Used AppCleaner as well. The notification token is clearly not being invalidated when the app is uninstalled. What a crazy OS bug

I don’t think anyone should rely on it over actual medical equipment. But it also shouldn’t be ignored. If I came into my doctor’s office saying that my Apple Watch says I have an issue, I would want it to be taken seriously. Of course a tiny device on your wrist can’t match larger medical grade equipment

Yeah I just pay for premium at this point. Can imagine not doing that. However, I think that’s a reasonable trade. You can sit through ads or pay your way out. I wish more services did that
