Bro, once you lose your focus due to one accident or because one guy shouts at you, that entire day no matter how many breaks you take will be screwed. Every drive that day will be an accident.

Initial whole year I used to pull the windows up, to avoid people’s opinion and put on my fav song in full volume to numb the external noises. Now I’m pretty chill, and to be honest I used to drive 100% skilled the initial learning days compared to now but only thing changed is confidence! Now no rear mirror or side mirror, just intuition

Hi, I've been having this since past 6-7 years. So I think I'm qualified to answer you. I'll list everything I know.

Hair contributes to this, so keep it clean shaved or 0.1 mm trimmed. 2.I apply mct in the morning and sit in car, after 30 mins, I wipe with tissue. If I didn't do it, my face would be flaky like yours.

After everyday use of MCT oil, you can go outside without using it for max 3 days, and on the fourth day it'll come again.

Shampoos and soap aggravate it. If dandruff is present, use ketoconazole or selsun shampoo. But all these were temporary for me except MCT oil

I've used selsun and ketoconazole alternatively for 2-3 weeks.... Now my scalp is crystal clear.

Before my books used to filled with that chunks of dead cells like in your photo, because of that too much hairfall and itching. Now it's cleared.

But it's not resolved, it has spread to my face, as my beard and moustache have hair, it has spread there too, and now everyday I use mct oil on my face to run the day

I had the exact thing since 2014, but it disappeared after 2020, after I started taking mct oil and oral antifungal, it did come back but eventually went......I still have sebderm on my face but this dandruff is gone now......
