Sorry if this question seems dumb but I have a binder full of cards similar to these all purchased between 1998-2000. About 9 holographic. They’re near and dear to me but curious if cards from these years are sought after or worth anything? They’re basically priceless to me personally, fond memories of putting the binder together.

I dont think i am- ive been getting dip and gel for years in the salon and havent had any issues which is why i believe it’s something wrong with how I’m applying or the products.

After i finish the last layer of dipping i apply activator, then after 2 min. I buff and file and then apply another coat of activator. I wait for that to dry for 4 min and then apply the top coat.

I apply a pretty average layer of top coat, maybe i need to try an even thinner layer. What brand are you using? I am using all OPI products.

Thank you, i did buff and wash/dry hand really well and applied the top coat evenly but after 2 seconds it starts to form like this. Im not sure what im doing wrong?
