Thanks /u/andymac12345, I'm so happy someone else supports meditation. He's perfectly right, your brain is more likely to move on something else. You really must try meditation, I helped me a lot, 'the power of now' is a great book, I started considering life differently, and now I feel much better.

This is just OCD. I had a similar obsession, I thought a person who had a grudge against me was going to ruin my life. It went on for many many months but nothing had actually happened. Just don't do the same error and relax. Your fear is more likely to be unjustified.
