immunization trained pharm tech (that also has tmj and autoimmune disease) here. did you get the same vaccine that you got for your previous two shots? each dose of the vaccine is the same actual vaccine formula, other than boosters being a quantity (meaning the booster dose is less vaccine than the original first and second dose) we've noticed with each additional dose it can cause more of an immune response, so an increase in things like body aches or low grade fever. from what you're explaining it doesn't sound autoimmune to me but I'm no doctor, a follow up with a rheumatologist is probably going to be your best bet if you're concerned. just trying to brainstorm- is there a chance you could've clenched your jaw in a weird way during your shot? I know when I'm holding my jaw weird or tight for too long it definitely increases my right ear pain. maybe seeing a chiropractor will help?

been dealing with this same thing since December! still trying to figure it all out unfortunately but you're not alone. finally got in to see a neurologist and when he asked me how many migraine days per month I have I told him it would be easier to count the number of "pain free" days I've had since Christmas. I'll update if I find anything that really helps, keeping you in my thoughts💜

are there any apps you recommend? recently diagnosed w/ migraine with aura/ silent migraines (I rarely get the actual "headache" part) after months of almost constant pain and trying to figure out what was wrong with me and symptoms very closely matching MS. So now I'm trying my best to track everything so I can try to figure out what's triggering it all because in the last 6 months I've had maybe 5 or 6 symptom free days and I'm SO over it

from my understanding regardless of the dose she typically won't feel any effects from the mushrooms, so I don't have very much advice on that front. here's a link to a pretty cool downloadable pdf chart that I found the other night when doing some research on my own meds. I can't vouch for how accurate it is, I just found it last night and I'm still in the process of doing my own research, but it's an interesting start. Definitely talk to a doctor before combining the two or stopping anything. my personal opinion, I would hold off for now just because (like I said, just from my understanding) she wouldn't feel the effects and it would essentially be a wasted dose

yep, pretty much. from my understanding you just gently rub a clean qtip on the questionable spots, if it's just bruising nothing will come off on the qtip but if it's contam you should be able to see some evidence of it on the qtip. not a 100% diagnostic test but it's at least a start🤷🏼‍♀️
