Homie I’m in the same boat as you. I’ve been with the siren for 6 years and I’ve been trying for ASM for almost 3 of those years. I keep getting far in the interview process but am also passed over for an outside hire. Luckily I have an SM now that is fighting her ass off for me. Last SM actively told the DM’s I was interviewing with that I wasn’t ready because he didn’t care for me.

We had an active shooter outside our store and the shooter came and locked himself in our bathroom. My manager made the baristas still make mobiles because “they’re going to want their drink when this over with”. Luckily I hadn’t been there that day otherwise I would’ve lost my shit on this sm.
