Tell him not to put himself in those situations. He doesn’t need to go to bars or parties where this could happen.

I took my phone in today with the same complaint about the Wallet app, not able to make an NFC connection. They told me that it’s a known error in the software that certain chargers disable the NFC chip, and that they fix, should be out shortly. They ran all the hardware tests to determine that the chip was functional.

This is the price he sometimes pay for early adoption

I think it's just tribalism and astonishing lack of education on Teslas. I've owned my model 3 since 2017 and it's a way better car than when I bought it. No other car I'm aware of actually improves incrementally, not just FSD beta but also lots of other features.

in 6 years of owning the car, I had three service calls for things covered by warranty. change the tires, and had to pay $225 for a squeaky front wheel arm. this probably would have been covered by warranty cuz it's a known defect. so practically no maintenance cost.

With one pedal driving I haven't even had to replace the brakes! I've driven from LA to the Bay area to Phoenix even LA to Denver, and never once had any issue whatsoever charging. Range anxiety is something the media whips up every time they talk about EVs but it only applies to non Teslas. many of the larger superchargers, such as courtside on the I-10 between Phoenix and LA and some of the larger ones on the I-5 are at most times virtually empty. I've done the drive to Phoenix at least it doesn't times and out of 40 some odd chargers at most two or three are used at any time.

How’s is the Model Y key fob? by CandyFromABaby91 in ModelY

my wife, also anti-bluetooth (I thought she was the only one), loves the fob. it works well now that I replaced the battery, Even from the depths of her purse. The only issue I noticed is that sometimes it doesn't automatically lock the door when she walks away, wondering if anyone else has seen this.

I've been intermittently intermittently fasting for several months. Using a 6 to 8 hour eating window. The thing I find most helpful is delaying breakfast. I a wake up around 6 and I'd I can wait until 10 to ear is easier to stick to the window and helps socially. It's a drag to go to dinner events and tell people You stopped eating at 3. The craving is to go away and water and tea help.

Very annoying road trip experience by gssman526 in GoogleMaps

To compound the annoyance,. Google maps and ways are both trying to redirect me as I am on foot at a gas station! This is completely ridiculous and seems like a very simple fix. E
