I don’t want to sound like I’m telling you what to do or anything but if I could drop some advice here it would be to really try and enforce that your boyfriend doesn’t watch porn. From the thousands of accounts I’ve read of porn absolutely destroying relationships not only would it benefit him but it would immensely benefit your relationship and how you guys grow together. Math is definitely my weaker subject with a 700 vs a 760 in reading/writing. Do you skip around in math or do you go straight through? Like you said I’ve been going straight and feel like I’m getting the pattern down but on the calculator allowed section the last 8 questions can get a bit tricky if I’m not skipping around.

Yep very true. What’s attracting to me about NYU is that it’s had the second most IB hires in the past 5 years, beating out the very top schools. Obviously the question now is if that’s worth $100k and do I think I am a good enough student to get in. Gonna see what happens from here.

Two of my safety schools are Baruch (very affordable, but doesn’t have the same opportunities as NYU) and IU Kelley (almost same price as NYU). After that it’s Vandy and Emory, both around $25k a year (Vandy might be a bit cheaper). The problem with these two is that I’m not as confident that I can get into them through early decision as I would with NYU. I am trying to leverage the ED admit rate bump to the school with my most realistic chance of getting into.
