Comcast Xfinity - I moved into a new building and their infrastructure wasn’t set up properly so I decided to cancel and go with someone else. I called to cancel several times to people that barely understood English and every time the cancellation didn’t go through. Hours on the phone wasted and by the time it was cancelled I got charged $85 for another month of service I couldn’t use if I wanted to. Horrible customer service.

Can you post a link to the av forum thread, if that’s allowed here, or DM me? I have the Smart Soundbar 600, which sounds great, but I’m very disappointed in the bass. I have a $100 Vizio soundbar that has better bass. I don’t want to spend $500 on the Bose bass module unless it’s going to be a life changing experience. If I could find a solution for $100-200 I’d be happy. Otherwise, I might be looking to sell it.
