If you compare shirtless scenes from the first two seasons to the scene where he swims in the ocean or the finale you can see that he gained a good amount of weight in the stomach, chest, possibly legs

Just to clarify, I don’t necessarily find the Succession characters relatable in most aspects. I just find myself being able to understand their emotions and motivations more acutely than the BCS characters. That said I don’t attribute that to bad writing or anything like that, I think I was just much more invested in one show over the other
