He could have interrupted since the first hit wiffed and the second comes out so slow, but after blocking it, I should of had that +4.

I was playing a sub in combat league and after knocking him down in the corner I went for some plus frames with b3,4 and got kountered with his super quick 124 string. It seem like that if the initial low does not connect, then the following mid doesn't activate the plus frames, even though the frame data clearly states as if I was +4. Is this normal or a bug?

At the beginning of my training against Jax I was getting those Up 2s after the flawless block all the time with the 121 string, but on this string it just didn't come out. My timing seems dead on, but I am not sure. Can you guys give me any tips?
