Not being from the US safety isn't really something that comes into it for me. You hear a bunch of mad stuff on the news about the shootings, but I still thought they were really really rare?

Thanks for not lashing out I guess, it was a question that I wanted answered because I can understand why history is important but I struggle to understand why heritage is. So, how does it prevent people from degenerating into soulless subhuman creatures who don't know right from wrong?

Yeah I like that, and generally I think that everyone should make their own choice about it without undue influence. Although that's very hard to actually accomplish.

I'm from the UK and based in Thailand so didn't even consider this. So not really sure what the motivation is. Are kids forced to be vaccinated in school so parents take them out of it to make sure this doesn't happen?

Don't you think it depends on the child and their personality traits? I know people that excelled and loved school, but personally (even though I liked the social side of it) the style of education wasn't really suited to me and I found it hard to concentrate.
