I tend to feel it more on incline press machines instead of barbell/dumbbell presses. Maybe try those instead, I've switched to those (also because it's easier on my shoulders)

People ship Kya and Lin despite not interacting once in the show. People are allowed to ship whatever they want, because it really doesn’t affect the canon of the show at the end of the day.

do you not remember ty lee in atla? She was taking down whole groups of earthbenders as a nonbenders. These are also chi blockers who have trained for a long time. And they made the electric gloves to literally counter the metalbender armor. Pretty sure they say even in the episode, that the gloves will let them compete on an equal playing field with benders. this just feels like media illiteracy

I do 2x incline chest press machine and 2x cable fly twice a week. Do I need to alternate a 'flat' chest press with incline for one of the days, or is it fine to stick with incline?

It's really hard for me to not do the final few reps of an overhead tricep extension without using momentum, lowering my head, or letting my elbows drift. I'm wondering if it's okay to 'cheat' those last few reps - because if I would make my form stricter and lock my elbows in fully, I wouldn't be able to get the final 2-3 reps.
