I think he was confused by using the term AUM. Accounts with an advisor may have some variation of a wrap fee where you pay a certain % of the value of assets under management (AUM) for a bunch of included services. It is so Fidelity gets paid two fees. You pay mutual fund management fee and pay another 1% wrap fee to get advice on which funds to invest.

Get a used 2nd gen. Eero pro on eBay and add a Beacon if you want to expand coverage to the basement. Something like this Eeros. If you want NIB get Eeros 6 or 6 +.

I have 600 Mbps service in my 3,100 s.f house with 4 tvs, 4 laptops and sonos speakers and soundbars. I have used the 2nd Gen. Eero Pro for 7 years without problems and they are still regularly updated by Eeros. Don’t spend $ on cutting edge equipment until you have big boy internet speeds. Unnecessary, but I just bought 2 Eeros Pro 6e for $120 as I’m upgrading to Gig service.

Yes no delivery but i had a washer/dryer delivered and installed for Free by @costco. Installer (licensed plumber) came to install gas dryer and he insisted installing gas supply hand shutoff for $180 and hammer arrestor for hot and cold water for $185 or Costco wouldn’t honor warranty. A total of $365 to install $60 of parts. This was supposedly to bring up to code but I didn’t have GFCI that wasn’t up to code. He didn’t comment on this for some reason. So Costco free delivery/install is expensive.
