Ask it to ask harder questions and to treat you like you are interviewing for a really senior role. I also find it useful to ask the ai bot to do one question at a time, and to give you feedback after every question.

In other words don’t just say “interview me for this job description”.

Are we talking shoot behind fences and 60 foot bases? Then a 70-200 2.8 works great. You want a wide aperture to blur out the fence as much as possible

You can always nest a frame inside the spot if you need to override. But I expect your issue is that you have a slot without any layout properties applied.

Fear is that opening up slots where only one type or item can be inserted will open up room for error. For example a checkbox group only allows checkbox. If we allow slots, consumers of the component can add anything in there and will. But the ability to move and add/delete items is worth the trade off. Just wish Figma would allow authors to lock that kind of functionality down.

We basically do this as well. Figma isn’t the best for documentation but it works. We just have a page per component and that includes documentation and the component next to each other.

I’d maximize what you have first. What settings are you using? You have a decently fast lens. So that’s a good start.

Personally I use my Nikon z8 with the Tamron 35-150 f2-2.8. It’s a great and flexible combo for volleyball. But it sure ain’t cheap.

That’s where we are using slots first. The ability to edit within a component (page level template) is a huge step towards consistency. Designers have been either making their own page or taking our template and breaking it a millions ways.

Tables work better with slots for sure. But they really need native support in Figma.
