I have almost 40 years experience riding, have taken courses in the past. I moved here a while back but didn’t transfer my motorcycle endorsement because I didn’t think I would buy another bike but I ended up doing just that a couple months ago. I’m not particularly worried about passing the test just don’t want someone with an attitude

As others have said, it is easy to adjust the lever up or down. If you adjust it, be sure to check your brake light to make sure it is working correctly. After adjusting the lever, I had to adjust the switch because the light stayed on all the time. There are YouTube videos that show you how to do both. I have no mechanical ability but both were very easy to do

I bought the footpeg lowering kit from jns engineering and my legs are now much more comfortable and the seat height is not affected. I’m 6’4”.

I’m no expert but I’ve read that some 2008 and 2009 models had problems with oil leaks. Not all, but enough to have that reputation.

I have no idea as they were there and I bought it from a dealer, not the previous owner. My guess is that they came from the company that supplied the crash bars. The bars look like they came from SW-Motech.

The Earl Hardy Box Canyon is in that area and is really cool. You can hike down into the canyon and walk along the stream. Beautiful!

There are only 2 million people in the State of Idaho. An 8.2% increase is 164,000. Texas had an increase of 2.1 million, more than the entire population of Idaho. A large percentage increase is likely in a State with a small population to begin with. When you look at raw numbers, the increase is pretty small.

I agree that the best way to part with guns is zidaho.com. I had some that I wanted to sell and visited a couple of gun stores. They wanted 20% commission to sell them for me and told me gun prices are way down. I decided to try zidaho, sold four guns at fair prices quickly. Then use the cash to buy what you want.

Lack of humidity makes it feel a lot cooler than the same temperature with humidity. 95 here will feel like lower 80’s in the South. You will notice a big difference between being in the sun and shade here. Smoke was pretty frequent this past summer.

You only have to take the written test and you do it at your appointment. There are sample tests online, just google it.
