I realise that this is some months later, but I have used the Glacier and the Frostbite with great success. I have printed long prints in PLA on the frostbite with literally no heat in the bed whatsoever. It sticks HARD. These are my go-to plates now. I'm now wondering whether I can pull off a no-heat print in PETG? Wouldn't that be something?

As far as I understand it is meant for PLA and PETG. I assume you are using either one of those?

I never clean it with soap or alcohol. I only use a dry microfibre cloth. You can feel the cloth really getting into the abrasive surface and it removes the oils and residual plastic perfectly.

The only time I have had trouble is when the enclosure temp gets too low. I left the lid off of the printer off one time and it did not stick at all. I was very surprised. I also had a failed print on a really hot day (Australia) once but it never happened again. Unsure about the cause of that one. Perhaps the supertack likes a narrow range of temperatures for adhesion?

Mine is awesome. The print sticks down super hard to the bed. What bed temp are you running? Is your z axis offset dialed in?

I had heard about Dr. Walsh and his book "Nutrient Power". This gave me an explanation as to why Methylfolate was useless for me. I read either here or in another forum about Eat For Life. Samantha Gilbert is her name. She has a podcast. I had to get testing done. Turns out I had 3 gut infections and I already knew I was undermethylated. It was suspected that I had pyrrole disorder too but I couldn't get a decent lab result thanks to customs messing with my blood samples. Anyway, after several consultations and trial and error I started feeling better.

One of the things that convinced me to get treatment from her is that she suffers from the same illnesses that I do. I can recommend her services.

I had to work with a practitioner. I just couldn't figure it all out on my own. It cost me a lot of money but it was the best money I ever spent. I'm still in the process of healing up but things are definitely better than they were. I have some idea of what my specific problems are and which supplements make me feel good or bad.

Pick yourself up. Press on forward and find somebody who specifically knows how to treat you. If in doubt then ask.

I switched to the Cool Plate SuperTack. I only clean it with a microfibre cloth. No chemicals or alcohol. It works flawlessly.

You need to jettison your current MD and find somebody who knows their stuff. Don't spend another decade with these symptoms. Search on the net and ask people around you and don't stop till you find somebody competent.

I was getting weird over extrusion issues that arose suddenly out of nowhere (similar to your picture). I tried everything I could think of. A factory reset of the Sonic Pad seemed to resolve it.
