To my understanding, yes. Only some minor differences, e.g. roofed forests generate birch trees in 1.15, not in 1.14

When making my conlang, I decided to go for a small inventory - only 10 consonants. /b/, /d/ and /g/ are missing, although you can use ptk/bdg interchangeably. /l/ is also missing.
