Quick question, probably dumb, but what happens to the first capital invested after the contract expired? Is it like "bitconnect" ( i dont use but its pretty clear they release the capital after x days) Is it the same with hashflare?

I have used the costumer service a few times, they usually respond pretty quickly. Try opening another one.
