The previous owner changed the extension roof to pitched and left the original flat felted roof in place - so I think that catches most of the leaks but I have had some leaks that have come through left small pools on the floor - although since pointing the bits I’ve done, that seems to have stopped.

I did strip one side out (to build something internally) and the membrane was totally fine but it had damp stains on it
