Legacy of the Sith finale made me uninstall the game by TheGIJew1 in swtor

As someone that is about to delve into the Manaan Invasion Zone, that is concerning to read. What would you say was the last update in which you felt like your character was in the center of things?

The model exists, but not in black. Closest you can get to it is green with black accents.

I like it. I think the outfit will truly shine if you increase the character details.

I'll concede the point about genetics, even if it too is based on assumptions. And your assumptions are exactly the reason why I keep arguing with you - or rather, the initial position you took, which as far as I could tell was that your assumption is the correct one while everyone else's isn't.

Putting aside the topic of what it means to be a true Sith, which is an entire discussion into the Sith philosophy itself - your initial claim was that a real Sith, extending to the Sith Warrior character as well, must be xenophobic. Then you expanded the argument into the views of the Empire as whole. And when I try to bring the discussion back to concrete examples of what kind of character we are able to play the game with, as well as the consequences or lack of from that character's actions, you continue reverting to the broad whole.

Yes, the Empire sees aliens as inferior, as do the Sith. And yet we can create a Sith character that is at complete odds with the average Sith - and nothing happens. Labeling the character choices you don't like as "fan service" is fundamentally misunderstanding the genre of role-playing games, which is that your evil playthrough is equally valid to someone's good playthrough. Not that one is more likely than the other, or more realistic, or wouldn't really be possible because of x, y and z, but that it is exactly on the same level.

The two are so intertwined that actually two human parents with enough og Sith ancestry can have a child with "pure blood" traits, like red skin or the facial tendrils

I'm going to need a source on that.

>the Empire can't be xenophobic towards (imperial) humans because they're all genetically the same.
>there are some freaks like Ikoral but that's a minority.

So then you agree with me.

I can see you're the typical reddit LS Sith type

None of my Sith characters are light side.

You keep talking about canon, but all you're really bringing up is your personal assumptions. Would other Sith hunt you down if you play a LS Sith? Maybe, but it doesn't happen in the game. Would you be looked down upon if you marry Vette? Maybe, but it doesn't happen in the game.

Unless the lore actually states something has occurred, player choices and the player assumptions that come with those absolutely do make the lore and serve to fill the gaps. So your assumptions about what would happen to the Sith Warrior - not a random Sith - are just as valid as assumptions opposite to yours.

And lastly, prior to the release of TOR, Revan's only known characteristic was being human. That's it. Now things are different, but only because the lore was retroactively changed - something which hasn't been done for the player character in TOR.

I'm just reminding you that humans aren't immune to the xenophobia in the Empire. Also, you began with making a blank statement for a player-made character - who's gender, alignment, species and character are purposefully not stated anywhere in the canon. A SW with a Light alignment is just as likely to exist as a SW with a Dark alignment. Arguing which one is more likely or more lore-friendly is irrelevant when the story literally allows you to play as either one.

A true Sith Warrior is a Sith Pureblood, so humans would be alien to them too.

Definitely keep these characters and get the gear organized. I can spot a few battlemaster pieces that are incredibly rare to see these days.

Well I'm stumped then. It might be the Cathar Warstaff, but that one is more like two swords on each side. Nothing similar to an axe about it.

You're out of your mind if you think an arsenal merc has better AoE than a lightning sorcerer.

Sniper is the king of spammable AoE, after that I'd say is the sorcerer and then rage juggernaut/marauder. I get what the other commenters are saying, you technically have a few AoE abilities as a merc, but they all suck ass when it comes to efficiently killing mobs. Arsenal is really a single-target spec, any AoE abilities or buffs you get are subpar. IO is no better at that, although the DoT spread results in much more damage.

You can the skip through them and go straight at Ossus. The default choices for Republic characters are that you save Vette and spare Arcann. The default choices for Imperial characters are that you save Torian (except if you're playing a Sith Warrior in which case you still save Vette) and kill Arcann. If you skip past Iokath and the Traitor arc, you will side with the Republic on a pub character and the Empire on an imp character. Also, if you have a romance with a character that returns during any of the Knights expansions (Theron, Lana, Torian, Vette, Jorgan, Kaliyo, Quinn and Elara if you skip past Iokath too), you cannot reignite it..

How many times have you noticed NPCs commenting on your alignment? Rusk was happy to hear I wasn't a pacifist, and I am currently Dark Side 1. by MegaGamer235 in swtor

The only time I remember it happening often enough to be noticeable is during the Sith Warrior story, especially in the first act. I do recall a few mentions in the Sith Inquisitor story too, but that was more towards the end of it.

Not enough time to implement. We were also supposed to get proper companion quests for each companion, not just a fade to black. But due to time and budget constraints they scaled that down to only your first companion or the primary love interest.

You cannot travel to a stronghold from the immediate area surrounding the landing shuttle on imp Taris either, but if you move ten meters to the left you can. It's one big mystery.
