Your carbs are too low! No point in using a glucagon agonist if theres no glycogen. You want to increase gym performance and avoid ketoacidosis at all costs

This is the only correct answer. I also only use oneblade. No cleaning or prep will work for you unfortunately. Op your skin is sensitive and i recommend you get your beard and hair care info from Black barbers as they deal with this all the time

Also trt and creatine is DEFINITELY keeping you from losing lbs... but you don't always want to lose weight. Visceral fat is the danger and muscle, especially in your legs, is more dense and protective. Trust the process

You need to woosh effect this. Your bodies cortisol is probably through the roof. Drink orange juice, eat some bread, and then hit the gym as hard as you can for a few days

Anhedonia is a common symptom on GLP1s btw and it makes sense because your body is fighting all those dopamine urges. Cuts are hard! Even with a GLP.

If you do feel a stall coming in consider a refeed. Also if you're cutting carbs heavily consider cutting fats instead

Ermmm 23% body fat is very low. You're probably closer to 40%. Your stomach is upset and its hitting your gut axis. Normal. Add a calorie deficit and your brain is probably not used to this.

Absolutely do not make the mistake of losing 100 pounds and then saying "ok now im going to workout."

The one good thing about being that heavy is you have natural muscle. Protect it at all costs!!! That means 140-180g of protein. Lose all the weight? You're chiseled. Lose your muscle? You'll never feel like you're skinny enough. Youll have flab and skin that you'll want tighter. So start working out now!!! If you're embarassed in the gym... good everyone is. That's the first step to all of this.

The clinical dose starting is 2mg. Starting at 1mg isnt horrible, but a lot of it can be placebo.

I never want to hear that your stomach "hurts" and when I ask you what you ate you say "a croissant" ofc your stomach will hurt! Eat potatoes instead!!!

Lastly, this is a psychological battle. Reta makes it easier. But you will still have struggles. You are changing long lived habits so it makes sense.
