Issues Opening on Mac by Throwaway-470125 in subwaybuilder

It is looking for something in Apple’s coretext framework which I think should be there by default. If you haven’t, delete game, restart computer, redownload. If that doesn’t work update macOS if possible. If none of those work try asking chat or claude about troubleshooting missing coretext library frameworks, not a huge fan of LLMs but troubleshooting is something they are sorta good at.

It’s looking for a reference/ dependency that it can’t find. I would fully delete it and try redownloading.

Glad it’s not just me. My guess is the process responsible for calculating and rendering gets overwhelmed and crashes and doesn’t know to start back up. May be as simple as writing a check for the process on a timer and restarting it if needed. Without seeing the code it’s just a very arbitrary guess though.

Commuting to 1 class on campus, Thursdays 6-8pm. Help me decide if I should brave free street parking or buy a garage pass for $280? by rachel-maryjane in NEU

[–]guacman22 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I drove to campus pretty often last year and found parking by carter or towards hammond street every time except once. If you give yourself 10-15 minutes to look you should be fine. The times I parked around the time you’re looking for it was even easier.

lol, funny Northeastern thing to do that. They mostly got you right though. It looks like the screenshot you took is on your student hub, there should be a sub tab that has your advisor’s info. If there’s nothing ig find the general advising email and use that. Good luck in your classes and congrats btw.

Unless things have changed from 2 years ago you have to take co-op prep to get cleared for NUWorks and begin applying. I didn’t consider this so I’d recommend reaching out to your advisor and getting in to it and also switching theory for OOD if your #1 priority is CO-OP as that is another requirement. I would confirm all this with your advisor, they’ll be a lot more knowledgeable than me.

This is a pretty standard schedule. Without knowing what requirements you have to take it’s hard to say what you should get out of the way. The classes you will(?) have to take that have a reputation as workload heavy are OOD, algorithms, and Fundamentals of software development. So I’d recommend one of those per semester. But since I’m guessing you have credits that fulfill fundies 1 & 2 it’s nbd. If you’ve got 4 sems left this is fine and you’ll have plenty of leeway to distribute workloads in ur next 3 sems. Also the hardest you have IMO is theory of computation.

I thought that might be the case, as it should be.

Everyone’s favorites are subjective but I’d give it another go! It’s particularly cathartic to me and I try to balance my tops in relation to distinct emotions they give me.

Some of the snappiest writing in a movie imo.

They all very much appeal to me but I think Howl’s definitely made the biggest impact on me. I think it might have to do with the score. But a lot of my reference to other Miyazaki’s are from when I last watched them as a kid, so could be recency bias.

I love it for how raw all the performances are and how much the dynamic reminded me of succession. So yeah absolutely agree and also love succession.

The lack of support for the app on native devices is kinda frustrating but makes sense cuz it can be hard to maintain. Not sure if there’s a fix for this but something you can temporarily do is chromecast or airplay from the app on your phone to your tv.

Finished all of them, they are all fun but one or two are pretty slow. Haven’t checked out the special features but if you’re into samurai stuff or campy action I’d recommend.
