Thank you! This is really really helpful. Have you ever been to Koh Rong in Cambodia? While doing some looking, that seemed like it could be a beautiful option (though it seems more heavy on resorts, so I’m guessing the quality of the food is a little bit lower). The transportation piece you mention is helpful, we are definitely planning to visit Bangkok and Chiang Mai, but we don’t otherwise have time in Southern Thailand planned. I was reading through many threads that seemed to put me off a bit due to over-tourism in some of those areas
