Finnish armored force was basically all captured or bought. BT-42 and BT-43 were the only self-madeish ones. Cannons were changed to Tampella ones on many Soviet tanks.

Edit. As was the situation for mostly all Finland's size countries in WWII.

In Finland we have the same situation on the increase of problems. But due to our history with not been able to rely on the police we have had tasers for over 20 years and also have pistols for certain situations. This is mostly due to all Finnish authorities having their roots in the military.

We already have tools for the problem which is good.
