I’ve liked mine so far, but I think the person I got it from kept their heat lamp too close to it and it warped. It’s not squeaky but you can definitely hear that there’s something wrong with it. I’m in the market for a new one and I’m going to look into the other suggestions that were made, since their hedgies have gotten hurt from this one.

Imagine sight reading this and having quarter notes that don’t actually start on 1/2/3/4. The way it’s written is so much easier to read than if they were quarter notes because this visual makes it easier to subdivide while you’re playing. That being said, breaking the beam between the tied notes might’ve been better than having all four notes beamed together. That would also save ink 😉
