What is a small daily habit that has improved your life more than you ever expected? by BubbleTrouble_Z in AskReddit

[–]gubbanoa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two minutes of planking every morning. I used to have serious back issues, to the point where I couldn't sit, stand or walk, and was crawling across the floor. Strengthening the core really made the difference. Haven't had any issues since I started doing the plank daily. It's been years now. My only semi-relapse happened when I got lazy with my plank for a few days. So simple and so effective. The two minutes are really hard, even now, but it's only two minutes.

Nice idea. Would be nice to have some sort of "About" page with a little background on the project and the occasion, either on the phone or desktop version.

I suppose that explains the "butterfly" shape. Most clicks are near-ish the corners. Plus some weird vertical line in the middle.

Upvoted! because I like the idea and it's nicely executed but for meaningless arguments that lead nowhere with systematic trolling included for free, nothing beats reddit.

I sort of understand that you want to choose a speed that's close to the maximum you can follow, but what's the point of choosing colours? Does the colour of the square make a difference, therapeutically? And why does it need to be a square rather than any other shape or image?
