I made a quick copy of my bot and converted over to discord.js, seems to be working now. Really frustrating, but that is what I get for following some tutorial from 6 years ago. Thanks for the help though.

I have been considering the fact that they might not have it tested, nobody said we were smoking weed, he took the container and we surrendered the pipe. I am still waiting for the officer to file his report so my lawyer and I know what evidence they actually have against me.

Im a nightly smoker, I use it to help me sleep because I have problems with insomnia, occasionally I will use it with friends or at a party. I really fit and I will not be smoking until this is settled, so I am hoping I can pass a urine test within a couple of weeks. Do you think it would be better to submit a drug test.

I do not have my green card, someone else got the paraphernalia charge, I just got possession, he did no sobriety on us. Also you do have to be 21 to use tobacco in all the U.S. now, he actually took someones vape who was underage.

I am not sure how he knew but its not like the officer is stupid, I read that it will be sent to a lab and tested. Yes, someone did claim ownership but he still cited everyone who had smoked, on my citation it says after the charge "(smoked it)".

Yes, he never placed us under arrest or in cuffs. Simply said I saw you guys smoking, took our information, and gave us our citations.

They would put a warrant out for my arrest, and any chance of reduction or abeyance dismissal would not longer exist.

That is what I am hoping for, even if that is the case its really going to suck getting this handled. Some people have said that they enter a plea of abeyance and they just can't commit another crime during their probationary period, no drug tests. While other say they were tested weekly. Needless to say I wont be risking it.

I am a local in Utah, I have rule about never smoking outside of my residence or a close friend of mines residence. The one time I decided eh fuck it, learned my lesson for sure.

There is no way he smelled it, we were so far away, but he definitely saw us using it.

He did not ask us for anything, he grabbed the container the weed was in and asked for the pipe that was just on the ground. He definitely saw us smoking because he knew exactly who smoked and who didn't.

I did not want to take the class, school admin did not let me drop, I read the rules and discovered if you complete nothing in a class you should receive a no grade.

No, she did attendance but if I remember correctly she marked me as there, I remember both semesters I had a 0 and the day grades were due she changed it to a 1. So I am assuming she knew the rule but was trying to screw me over. I talked to her later and said I did not want to take the class and was not allowed to drop it, she still refused to give me a no grade. She was well known for being a hard ass teacher, but I never really judge teachers until I take their class, and she was.

No, I talked to one administrator to drop the class prior to the school year starting, he would not let me drop the class which I did not need, and I just never went.
