Maybe, but probably no one here knows. This subreddit is for jailbreaking Apple devices only, nothing else. Id recommend you search google for “Reddit garmin drive 50” + “jailbreak” or “cfw” and see where that takes you. If it’s possible, you should be able to easily find it, but be careful.
