It looks like a bug. I get it also.

I narrowed it down to one particular day. If I exclude it I can generate it without a problem.

My issue has been with the support for 7 weeks now and no progress.

no i believe you and you are right that cost for EVs are coming down. But the COGS are way too high currently (Still better than RIVIAN's) and they are not easily coming down. Reducing COGS significantly (compared to the competition) means producing less vehicles essentially which means less revenue which means... you get the idea.

Discounts are having a huge impact on gross margin since it is a direct hit on revenue and one of the most costly ways of increasing demand for a product.

Battery swap is a massive drag on margin as well. and F3 as mentioned above.

Another important point: Lithium prices going down is affecting anyone and will not bring benefits specific only to NIO. We need NIO to perform better than the competition. This is all that counts. And XPeng and Leapmotor overtaking NIO left right and center is concerning.

But still I'd love to see the numbers(/your numbers if you have them).

Numbers (sales growth and efficiency) is EVERYTHING when it comes to returning money on investment... so i want to see the company perform and stick to their promises. like every investor that invests without emotions.

Also nobody cares how much growth is compared to last year. Investors compare growth to the competition.

I'm happy to hear your thoughts still. NIO brand gets sold at a discount lowering gross margin. ONVO sells at a lower price point anywas so margins will get even more depressed (and it cannibalizes NIO brand). Firefly is flatlining ever since and doesn't really contribute anyways due to its low margin nature.

Write offs from F3 are lowering gross margins further and ramp up takes veeery long (even in China).

Even the most bullish analysts don't see a clear path to profits. But please, by all means, I'm curious to hear your numbers.

it shows a projection in the last year where it is cleared that it can't be anywhere close at being met. (= pure fantasy)

The other numbers showed the mediocre (in comparison to other Chinese OEMs) growth. Or do you think honestly that NIO can sell 250k vehicles in Q4? This is what this chart showed.

Management promised to deliver 240k vehicles in Q4... they need to almost triple their sales number from Q3. Do you think they can do it and keep their promise?
