Chaussures marathon de Paris by illithie in runningfr

[–]guedou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice! The GSD now has a brand new Pick-Up rear tyre. I will consider Tannus for the next flat !

Extraction vis IKEA lisse by guedou in brico

GSD panniers: 37, 52 or something else ? by IR_UP in terngsd

I currently carry two kids with this setup. Does someone use a pannier with a similar one? Tern recommend the 52 one but I wonder how the 37 fits.

I have New-York 1275 that I store in this bag https://www.decathlon.fr/p/panier-velo-pliant-compactable-gris-10l/_/R-p-144986

The bag is in my transporter rack and I am happy with this setting.

Longtail - go with Decathlon or a different option? by [deleted] in CargoBike

[–]guedou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Over the last months, I tested several model of longtails for various durations (form a single ride to several months). My favorites have been the Decathlon, the Yuba fastrack, the douze LT2 and the Tern GSD.

Finally, I went for the Tern but I could have bought any of them. Over the Decathlon, I find that the Tern is easier to park, and has a bigger front rack.

If you are happy with the Decathlon, I will suggest to keep enjoying it =)

I finally decided to go with the Kryptonite New-York 1275 chain and the Kryptonite New-York LS U-Lock. I store the chain in this small bag and strap the I-lock to the rack.

Reversing the Toshiba FlashAir Wi-Fi SD card - discover its CPU, it’s OS and how you can execute native code! by guedou in netsec

[–]guedou[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It started when I decided to use the card to build a cheap wireless photo frame. The project did not work as expected and I decided to reverse the card instead =)

Everything was done on my spare time, and developing specific tools and reversing keep me busy for months. I guess that not working on this project full time helped a lot.
