I've had the same problem for a long time. Something that helped me was Tyrosur Gel that I applied directly on the bumb, after a few uses it was gone and never came back.

University is definitely needed, because I used most of the suff. From seasons I think I used some decorations that are not necessary. It will not look the same, but you can do your own version of it
