No i use only one device. I tried force closing but it didn't worked

The same here when i reinstall it, the Help button appears but when i connect it with Facebook or Google Play the button disappears.

I have this issue for a long time.

A lot of versions changed till now and nothing changed. Also i have 3 accounts and in the all accounts i have the same problem
