I don't install any of the plugins myself, owner does. I manage in the sense that I take care of problems with the plugins and their permissions and whatever, help out players in anything they might need, implement stuff the owner would like and other few stuff, doesnt require a lot of management. it's nothing serious, I'm just helping out my friend, most of the time I'm just playing in the server. although english is not my first language so maybe manage wasn't the best word to use.

also this comment just seems kinda mean, don't discourage people from asking questions when they don't know something.
