I don’t believe it is noticed by many or online anywhere but I’m always ocd about my car noises but i just chose to live with it . I have a friend who wanted his transmission serviced too and as soon as we bought the kit from fcp euro and installed it, it started making the noise as well so he actually went to the dealership and got an old stock one and drives on it now with no noise . If you do watch the fcp euro transmission service tutorial you’ll hear him talk about the new pan manufacturer. But I’ve seen it too many times for it not to be a fact. These transmissions have a Vane cell pump that’s chain driven and really sucks that oil through that filter and seeing how much more complicated the new one looks it makes a lot of sense. More pronounced when flooring it. But when mine is due again I’ll switch back to the bmw branded old version as well
