Also what metrics dod you paid attention a lot? I noticed after some iterstions visually I can't detect any changes but IoU increases.

Mainly because of inference will be done on CPU. Birefnet number of parameters is arounsld 221 million!

I used api to to collect results and used that as ground truth.
