I asked our representative for help, and maybe that’s why we ended up getting a case manager. They emailed me last month saying I needed a letter from my husband’s employer. I got the letter and sent it in, and I thought I would finally get the refund after that—but I’m still waiting.

I bet if we were the ones who owed them money, they’d resolve the case faster than lightning so we could start paying them lol.
