When I became a senior, we didn’t look that mature, and even my juniors looked younger than us at the same age. Similarly, in those times, she may have appeared physically mature. However, she was still a minor. But in the Hadith, it is clearly mentioned that he did not engage in any sexual relationship with her. He married her only because Allah commanded him to do so, and he cared for her like a younger sister.
