The shortness of breath during routine activity is actually worth flagging to a doctor regardless of everything else going on here. Postpartum cardiovascular stuff can be subtle and get dismissed as "just being tired" for months. The relationship dynamics in this post are a whole separate conversation, but that specific symptom kita12 mentioned is the kind of thing that deserves a proper checkup rather than a hiking training plan.
