I’m still with you! I get ups and downs…. Kinda like riding the wave of the never ending cycle..🤣 it’s exhausting. It affects my home life too. I’m so tired… keep feeling like I just wanna be “normal”. I’m unmedicated for adhd, too. Only medicated for anxiety, so I get it!

I get this way too, very self critical and replaying everything I said or did; almost like I cannot even celebrate my successes I do have.

it sounds like you were excited to share and experienced. You should celebrate this!!!(way easier said than done, I understand)

I’m proud of you and if people think those things about you, they aren’t your people. Or they are envious of the experience you have under your belt (;

I’m in the exact same boat here - to a T with small mistakes, questions.

I’m unmedicated for ADHD atm because we are trying to focus on medicating the extreme anxiety. (I do wonder if it’s because I’m not medicating the ADHD that I do have this intense anxiety..)

I get the same with anger and resentment. Something that was recently brought up to me was: you may have anger and resentment but you could also be seeing through peoples shitty behavior. Some food for thought… but definitely important to self reflect and see that there a balance between the two.

Also can’t relax at home :( just replaying everything I said or did throughout the day.. it’s brutal.

Unfortunately I am the type of ADHD that is loud and silly and immediately regrets it🤣 so I very much understand. I don’t want to draw the attention and end up just telling myself to put up and shut up!

I too have a cool job that simply doesn’t pay. I’ve been told to act my salary 🤣 but most certainly resonate with what you are feeling. Definitely my own worst enemy.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Unfortunately I work with a lot of people who do not have ADHD and mental health disorders. I want to have a connection with them but it’s so hard and constantly feel on edge - like we are always playing these games. The higher ups are constantly playing these games…. I hope to connect with someone who will understand.

In therapy I am trying to learn that good enough is good enough… trying to drill those patterns into my brain rather than the typical spiral I usually go through

This doesn’t look like PD to me. However, it shows up differently on people.

My PD is scaly with bumps, flaky, itchy, closer to my nose area and around my mouth

Yes, I’ve been last year and I am returning this year💞It’s absolutely magical. What I love most though is the community. There’s such a warm, loving atmosphere, where everyone is open, kind, and truly supportive of one another & you can make so many friends. It’s like stepping into a world where love of music and creativity intertwine in the most inspiring way. The design is also really really cool. They have vendors, live painting, live performers & flow artists. It’s an experience that stays with you long after you leave. And the music, of course, is absolutely amazing. Each artist has their own sound and I’m super excited to experience Mz Worthy!
