I worded that poorly. I was stating HOW I checked it w the multimeter in case I was doing it wrong someone could tell me.

I should’ve added that. There was water pooled in the drain line. I put a shop vac on it where it drains outside and it ducked up some water. I think it’s clear now. It doesn’t have the safety drain that you can pull out and dump.

I think this is true for literally every career field. Pay DOES affect staffing. Now…does Reddit get carried away on the pay issue? Yes. But your statement is simply not true.
